Exchange and Return Policy

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights," you may return or exchange a product within 14 days from the time it is received.

Product requirements:

  • The item has never been used and shows no signs of use (scratches, chips, etc.).
  • The original packaging is completely intact (the jars have not been opened, and the seals are still in place).
  • The payment document (receipt or invoice) issued along with the merchandise has been retained.

Important: Items that have been cut to size, weighed, or color-matched according to the customer’s specific order (for example, paint mixed to a specific color) are not eligible for exchange or return.

We will provide you with the shipping information for returning the item. Refunds are processed within 3 business days after we receive and inspect the item at our warehouse.
